Dr. Min-Yi Shih

Dr. Min-Yi Shih (施旻宜), iAutonomy CEO and Co-Founder, is the Executive Director of Taiwan Global Eastbound Association of Launching America (TeaLa) and is investor in and advisor to multiple companies and organizations in the Los Angeles region. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from UCLA. He is based in Los Angeles.

Matt Mueller

Matt Mueller is a seasoned technology operations, manufacturing, and reliability leader.  At Honeywell Aerospace, he led Airbus A350 development test.  He then spent 9 years at SpaceX building out the company’s quality management systems processes and driving down defects to rapidly produce, test, launch, and refurbish Falcon 9 launch vehicles.  As Head of Quality, he earned Hadrian its AS9100 and ISO9001 certifications.

Dr. Kang Li

Dr. Kang Li 李綱, Founder of iAuto and co-Founder of iAutonomy, is a professor of mechanical engineering at National Taiwan University, holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and sits on the UAV Expert Committee, MOEA, Taiwan and the advisory committee of Taiwan Transportation Safety Board.

Betsy Shieh

Betsy Shieh, BoD, Senior Strategy Consultant, is a former Senior Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of Commerce, recently retired as Commerce Chief at the American Institute of Taiwan, based in New York City.

Dr. Ky Ho

Ho Kwun-Yao (何昆耀) is a Taiwanese materials scientist, inventor, and technology entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in advanced materials, semiconductor, energy systems, and defense-related technologies. Ho has been involved in 20+ technology projects and is associated with multiple international patent filings across the U.S., Taiwan, China, and Japan.
