Dr. Min-Yi Shih
PHD, MBA
Min-Yi Shih（施旻宜）is the CEO and Co-Founder of iA. He brings deep experience across defense, technology commercialization, entrepreneurship, angel and venture investment, and cross-border business development between Taiwan and the United States. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. In addition to leading iA, Dr. Shih serves as Executive Director of Taiwan Global Eastbound Association of Launching America (TeaLa) and is active as an investor, strategic advisor, and ecosystem builder across startups, venture groups, accelerators, and industry organizations.
Matt Mueller
BS, MBA
Matt Mueller is a seasoned leader in technology operations, advanced manufacturing, and system reliability. At Honeywell Aerospace, he spearheaded development testing for the Airbus A350 program. He then spent nine years at SpaceX building out core quality management processes—driving down defect rates to accelerate the production, testing, launch, and refurbishment of Falcon 9 vehicles. Most recently, as Head of Quality at Hadrian, Matt earned the company its AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications.
Betsy Shieh
MPA
Betsy Shieh brings more than 20 years of experience in U.S. government service, international commerce, and cross-border market development. She is a retired member of the Senior Foreign Service and previously served as Senior Commercial Officer / Commerce Chief at the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), where she supported U.S.–Taiwan commercial engagement, trade development, and strategic industry collaboration. At iA, Betsy advises on trusted supply chains, U.S.–Taiwan industrial partnerships, government-facing strategy, and market access for dual-use and autonomous systems.
